Family Place Program

 

In late 2004, the LA County Library established its award-winning Family Place program at six library locations with funding from the Los Angeles County Quality and Productivity Commission. Since then, the Library has added many new program locations, so now, most locations have this dynamic programming.

 

Family Place learning centers offer parent education, emergent literacy, socialization skills training and a variety of family support services.
