The County Library Foundation and the Friends of the West Covina Library will share the cost of implementing a monthly "Tech Day". This $1,000 matching grant will be used to purchase 11 different electronic devices including netbooks, e-readers and tablets. This program provides the community the opportunity to familiarize themselves with new technology and its applications.
